Up at Barons gym there has been loads of chatter about diet recently. As a personal trainer in Scarborough I get asked questions all the time. It’s been great! Loads of people really thinking about their diet and learning about what they’re putting in their mouths. It’s important that we think about what we eat. Now I’m not talking about getting obsessed. Just being aware. The human body is a wonderful thing and can cope with a lot. I like to fuel mine most of the time with the best food I can get. You wouldn’t knowingly put dirty fuel in your car everyday so maybe doing the same to our bodies isn’t such a great idea.
