Tom understands the struggle to keep weight off and maintain fitness because he’s been there, he knows what it’s like to build fitness and training into a busy working life with little or no equipment. Three and a half years later I’m still going back for more.

You say to yourself “I’ll start dieting tomorrow” or “every morning I’m going to do that HIIT workout” or “I’m going to start logging my food.”

I have been training with Tom for almost 5 years now and I feel more positive about my training, eating, and general way of life than I have for at least 10 years. Tom listens carefully and spends time researching things that will keep me interested and challenged. He understands the whole person, I think that is what makes him an ideal personal trainer.
You need support, guidance and accountability.
I have never been a lover of exercise however realise that as I am getting older (aged 44) I need to think more about keeping fit and healthy. I have done some running on and off for years but decided I needed to do something different. Tom keeps me motivated and I have noticed my body getting stronger. He is great at understanding what I need and adapting the sessions to my mood at the time, sometimes I want to focus more on strength or flexibility.
Is the Lifeproof Program right for me?
To answer that, I’m going to start by telling you what it isn’t. It’s not a generic workout program I push to all my online clients. It’s not a quick fix, “6 pack in 6 weeks” totally unsustainable program and it’s not something that I expect you to spend hours everyday working on.
It’s not for people who’ve already got a handle on every element of their health and fitness.
