I have never been a lover of exercise however realise that as I am getting older (aged 44) I need to think more about keeping fit and healthy. I have done some running on and off for years but decided I needed to do something different. Tom keeps me motivated and I have noticed my body getting stronger. He is great at understanding what I need and adapting the sessions to my mood at the time, sometimes I want to focus more on strength or flexibility.

Is the Lifeproof Program right for me?

 

To answer that, I’m going to start by telling you what it isn’t. It’s not a generic workout program I push to all my online clients. It’s not a quick fix, “6 pack in 6 weeks” totally unsustainable program and it’s not something that I expect you to spend hours everyday working on.

 

It’s not for people who already got a handle on every element of their health and fitness.

 

It’s not for people who are looking for a “one-size-fits-all” program.

 

It’s about the little things we need to do, regularly to make our bodies and lives, better. It’s about the habits that when embedded into our lives, add up to BIG results.

 

It’s personal to you. I’ll be with you every step of the way. Checking in with you, tracking your progress (not in a stalker style way 😅). 

 

I’ll educate you so you know how to keep yourself healthy. You’ve heard the proverb about teaching a man to fish? Well that’s it!

I know what it's like to be out of control!

The picture on the left is me at 25. I didn’t look after my body, ate takeaways all the time, didn’t exercise. My back even hurt everytime I bent over to brush my teeth!

My turning point was seeing myself in the mirror one day. I had the overweight body of someone twice my age.

I started exercising in private. Mortified is anyone found me doing my little workouts. Back then I knew nothing. The only exercises I could think of really was press ups and sit ups so I did those.

Fast forward to now. I turn 40 this year. I’m stronger and more capable than I have ever been. The picture on the right is me doing pistol squats with my daughter! Along the way I’ve learnt a lot about exercise, nutrition, lifestyle and the things that make the biggest difference to our health, bodies and minds.

So I understand where you are coming from. I haven’t always been this way.

Let me use the tools I have now you get you where you want to me.
